TESLA ($452.42, +4.31%):

– Will Coggins (@Patient_Profits) spotted a Cybercab with Optimus in Times Square. Optimus was handing out candy! Very cool, Will! This was all part of Tesla Chair Robyn Denholm on ‘Squawk Box’ to discuss details of her letter to shareholders, what to expect from this year’s annual meeting, details of CEO Elon Musk’s pay package, Tesla’s growth outlook, Elon Musk’s business ambitions, Tesla’s autonomous driving future, AI bubble, and more. Full video link in the sources section.

Robyn also released a new letter warning shareholders that rejecting the 2025 CEO Performance Award by November 5 could prompt Elon Musk to step down as CEO due to inadequate pay-for-performance incentives, risking Tesla’s value, innovation in FSD/Optimus/AI, and competitive edge. It urges “FOR” votes on Proposal One (re-elect directors Ira Ehrenpreis, Kathleen Wilson-Thompson, Joe Gebbia for Musk-aligned governance), Proposal Three (award Musk voting power tied to 7.5 years of leadership and milestones), and Proposal Four (incentives for shareholder value and abundance).

Shortly after, the State Board of Administration of Florida said it is voting in favor of Elon’s CEO Performance Award on Nov 6th. They $1.23 billion of stock.

– Robotaxi iOS update 25.10.5 introduces a complete codebase for airport pickups and drop-offs, enabling full terminal service at geofenced locations like Austin; it features an “Airline Picker” module that prompts users to select their airline, then auto-determines exact terminal and door via getTerminal and getAirportData functions to eliminate manual pin-drop errors in multi-level airports. A walkContainer module provides in-app walking directions from baggage claim to designated pickup curbs, mimicking Google Maps integration. H/T @NotATeslaApp.

– India’s Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA) sent a letter today, urging Tesla to select Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) as one of nine proposed Starlink satellite gateway stations in India, instead of only Mumbai, Noida, Chandigarh, Kolkata, and Lucknow. CMIA cited the region’s USD 11.5 billion in investments. CMIA addressed the letter to Tesla likely due to the common public association of Elon’s companies.

– Nicholas Elston, Tesla Customer Engagement and marketing manager for Tesla Denmark, reported overwhelming interest in Tesla vehicles during the first two days of Elbilmessen at MCH A/S in Herning, Denmark, from both first-time electric car curious visitors and industry professionals. He highlighted enthusiastic dialogues on Tesla’s future mobility approach and strong reception for the new Model Y Standard, which enhances accessibility while upholding high quality and the unique Tesla experience.

Today, the Tesla AI account their Bay Area ride-hailing (Robotaxi) service now goes to San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) airport.

– Tesla has introduced a feature that automatically pauses and extends active subscriptions and free trials for vehicles in service longer than one business day, triggered when a repair requires more than one business day as detected by Tesla’s integrated service software, with no manual requests or service advisor involvement needed.

– Tesla is already releasing and update to v14. My experience so far is a lot of improvements in some areas and regression in others. Tesla is already on the move to fix the issues.

– Get the new XX Bomber Jacket ($195) while you can! “Celebrating 20 years of transitioning the world to sustainable energy. The limited-edition Tesla XX Bomber Jacket features a modern silhouette with a water-resistant exterior shell and fully lined interior.”

■ 𝕏:

– Per Elon, “We found a significant bug in the 𝕏 For You algorithm that resulted in users seeing far fewer posts from people that they follow. It should be fixed by tomorrow. Also, based on a user suggestion, we are adding a setting for your Following feed to see either everything from everyone you follow or only the highlights. That should make the Following feed much more usable.”

– X Platform Developer, Michael Rosinsky’s (@mike_rosinsky), leveled up his Raspberry Pi X API webhook project. Red LED for likes, green for posts, blue for follows. Add PWM fading on LEDs over 15s post-event; trigger 10s rainbow flash after 100 likes/hour. Wire piezo buzzer (GPIO 18) for tones—1 beep/like, 2/follows, MIDI melody on retweets.
