ELON CHRON: The Daily Chronicle of Elon Musk’s Companies

“AI, not tele-operated…” – Elon Musk (@elonmusk)

TESLA ($453.25, +5.45%):

– The Big Reveal is Tomorrow!

– Per Elon, “Last minute bug cropped up with V14. Released is pushed to Monday, but that gives us time to add a few more features.” Anyone see V14 drop yet?

– Tesla has posted another video on how to vote your Tesla shares. This time Optimus is explaining. Very cool video showing more of what he is capable of. Love the sauna scene. Remember, you can vote online, by mail, by QR code, or by phone. Click here for help.

– Optimus must have needed the down time in the sauna after his sparring session… Wait? What?! Tesla Optimus learning Kung Fu? Per Elon, “AI, not tele-operated.”

Per Tesla’s Ashok Elluswamy (@aelluswamy), “Just the beginning! Once the AI models for self-driving and Optimus unify it’s going to be fire!”

– Tesla Supercharger highway signs up in Georgia.

– Honda and Acura EV owners in Canada now have access to the Supercharger network across North America via the Honda-approved NACS-to-CCS DC fast-charging adapter. It is available for purchase at authorized dealerships.

– Alexis Jayme Brunner, Tesla recruiter and scholarship program volunteer, announced a successful completion of the “Summer in the Great Lakes“ initiative, visiting the campuses of Ohio Technical College, Universal Technical Institute (Dallas & Lisle campuses), Lincoln Tech (Melrose Park & Grand Prairie), Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Department of Defense Reserve Job Placement Recruiter Tee, and other stakeholders. The Tesla team collectively engaged over 1,000 automotive and collision students during the 3rd Quarter.

Per Michelle, “The students impressed all of us with their enthusiasm, thoughtful questions, and genuine interest in learning about careers in manufacturing and technology. Days like this remind us why inspiring the next generation of innovators is so important.”

– Last Friday, Chattrawat Prasertsuk, Tesla Thailand Consumer Engagement Manager, accepted the Tellscore Thailand Award on behalf of Tesla. The award highlights the company’s innovative achievements like the New Model Y launch, reaffirming its status as the world’s best SUV. “A big thank you to our partners, media, publishers, and especially our customers for the incredible support and for embracing Model Y with us.”

– “Accurate.” Tesla confirmed Sawyer Merritt’s (@SawyerMerritt) post that “Tesla’s Supercharger network set a new record in Q3 2025, with an average of 587,000 charging sessions per day worldwide.”

– Daiki Fukuda, a Hosei University student and Tesla intern, was super excited that Cybertruck was in town. “The only Cybertruck in Japan is currently on display at the Tesla Center in Inage, Chiba! It looks so futuristic! The exoskeleton is strong enough to bounce off bullets! I was overwhelmed by its size! I don’t know how long it will be on display, but if you are close to Chiba, please take a look at the pickup truck of the future!

■ 𝕏:

– X Global Government Affairs (@GlobalAffairs) posted a reminder that the Denmark revived the EU’s CSAM proposal, aka Chat Control, will be voted upon October 14th. This would mandate messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Signal to scan all private communications, including encrypted ones. Those for it say it is for finding child sexual abuse material. This measure requires detection of known and unknown CSAM plus grooming indicators, with fines up to 6% of global revenue for non-compliance, and has gained support from 19 of 27 member states including France, though opponents like Germany, Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands cite risks of mass surveillance, encryption weakening, high false positives, and EU Charter violations on privacy and data protection.

– Robyn Murray (@robynnemo), X’s Administrative Business Partner and co-founder of the Her Voice Project, spoke at a National Women’s Council event for St. Patrick’s Mental Health Services. She focused on mental health and chronic illness. Per Robyn, “I want to continue telling my story even though it isn’t easy and also to be there to listen to others experiences and stories as we continue to make changes for the girls of the future.”
